Day 3-90 Day Healthy Body Challenge
Ok so I have done very well for the first two days. Now the cravings are getting to me. But I must remain strong. A smoothie for breakfast, which was great! le vive and now I need to think about lunch. Water has been my friend. I'm thinking a nice salad with dressing on the side! Well that's it, a little Paul Newman's light honey mustard, red cherry tomatoes, red onion, and a tiny bit of feta cheese for me. Then I'm off to walk. Have a great day everyone!
