
My wonderful friend Danielle invited me to work out with her. I haven't had fun like this working out in a while! I learned some new things. I played racket ball for the first time in my life. Let me tell you, it looks oh so easy but it is a work out. I sweated my hind end off. Next it was off to the stretching room. She taught me a neat exercise that works out your mid section. You need two people for this. We used a three pound ball and passed it around each other. Sounds simple right? Well let's just say you can feel it! Working out with people who are as motivated as you are is great. I learned new things and we are planning to work out at least two or three times a week. I am thankful for the new friends I have been blessed with in my life!
Oh I almost forgot to mention, my blood pressure is down and I am getting closer to my goal of getting off med's. Pray for me!
